Grace Capital offers land loans and financing programs for residential or commercial developments.  Land loan sizes can range from $1,000,000 to $75,000,000 or more on properties nationwide, and  including raw land paper lots to improved parcels for;

Rates can be as low as 6% to 9% to as high as 12%. Terms are 12 months to 3 yrs typically, although we have a long term land bank program for loans 5 to 15 years.
